Voël Hair Studio was created by celebrity hairstylist Kim Gueldner. Kim has spent years working with a client list that includes Gwen Stefani, Faith Hill, Scissor Sisters, Katy Perry, and Amy Schumer.

Voël Hair Studio is a full service studio and home to Voël Hair Extensions – the most natural-looking premium extensions on the market. Our hand-tied extensions are light and flexible and made for women with fine to medium-fine hair. We use a unique microbead system that can be installed in under an hour. Fueled by a successful salon and freelance career—working with renown hair artist Danilo as well as a client list including Gwen Stefani, Faith Hill, Scissor Sisters, Katy Perry and Amy Schumer—Kim developed a love-hate relationship with extensions: loved the idea; hated the way they looked. Kim began working with hand-tied wefts and beaded extensions, experimenting with making her own wefts and finding new solutions to styling challenges.

Born and raised in New York, Christina began her career in hair over a decade ago. Training under top hairstylists at renowned salons, she has perfected her talents and specializes in cutting, keratin, bridal work and is an expert in extensions as the Lead specialist for Voël Hair Extensions. A true perfectionist, Christina customizes each styling experience to her clients' needs, down to a single strand of hair, while focusing on the health and integrity of the hair.

Ashley is a native New Yorker and celebrity hairstylist. She began her career under the mentorship of Oscar Blandi, one of the industry’s greats. In 2016, Ashley joined other renowned hair stylists at the prestigious Marie Robinson Salon. There, she quickly established herself as one of the most sought-after stylists, and continued to provide styling, cutting, and extensions services until her move to Voël Hair Studio in 2022. Ashley is seen as an industry expert and regularly teaches Voël Hair extensions courses and advanced hair cutting classes.

Aimee moved to NYC in 2003 to begin beauty school. 2006-2010 is where her training began as a color assistant in the salon of Louis Licari. Aimee quickly rose to assisting louis himself and his right hand person Kathy Galotti. this is also where she got to see many sides of the industry such assisting on the today show for ambush makeover as well as assisting for editorial shoots in some of the tops magazines that are based in NYC. 2010-2018 Aimee joined the team of Hair Rules Salon, where she perfected her art of textured hair. Aimee quickly rose to become the director of the color department and then developed an educational guide on how to approach color with the various textures, and trained assistants that have now become colorist themselves.

After a couple of years of being bicoastal Aimee has finally landed back in NYC and Voel Studio.
